2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection and may vary based on actual conditions, material availability, or project changes requested by the client.

Any changes to the scope of work after a proposal has been accepted must be documented in writing and may affect cost and project timeline.

3. Scheduling and Completion

Project start dates are based on mutual agreement and subject to weather conditions, material delivery schedules, and permit approvals (if applicable). We strive to complete each job on time, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

You agree to provide timely access to the property and inform us of any known hazards or structural concerns before work begins.

4. Payments and Deposits

A deposit is required before scheduling any roofing project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:
• 50% deposit due upon scheduling
• Remaining balance due upon completion of work
• Payments not received within 7 days of completion may be subject to a late fee of $50 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is greater. Creative Roofing Solutions retains ownership of all materials installed until payment is received in full.

5. Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and vary based on the roofing system selected. Warranty documentation will be delivered upon project completion. Workmanship is guaranteed by Creative Roofing Solutions for a period of 10 years from the completion date unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Warranties may be voided if:
• The roof is modified by another contractor
• Improper maintenance causes damage
• Unauthorized equipment is installed on the roof

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled project prior to the start date. However, deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or labor has been scheduled. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes or cancellations without penalty when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Roofing Solutions is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or structural issues
• Weather-related delays or complications
• Damage caused by third-party vendors or unauthorized access to the roof
• In no event shall Creative Roofing Solutions be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services rendered.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through our website or collected during your project will be used only to communicate with you and complete your roofing project. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ventura County, California.
